Maintenance Technician

Overview of the Position

The Maintenance Technician will handle the day to day maintenance of the physical plant of Potomac House. Reporting to the Lead Maintenance Personnel, the maintenance personnel will be responsible for executing routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry (repairs to walls, doors, locks, etc…), and painting. Maintenance Personnel will also be required to perform other duties as required by the Lead Maintenance Personnel, Deputy Director of Operations, Facility Director and/or designee.

•Carpentry

•Painting

•Taping

•Plastering

Qualifications

•High School diploma or equivalent

•Prior maintenance and repair experience referred
